Recommendation of Mr Gary Hayden and his team:
Hayden Builders Ltd, skilled and qualified builders and restorers
of my house in Barking & Dagenham
I highly recommend Mr Gary Hayden, the founder and owner of Hayden Builders Ltd, who has more than three decades of experience as a craftsperson, builder, restorer of listed buildings, and senior project manager.
Mr Hayden and his well-chosen team refurbished and restored my house in Barking & Dagenham with great success.
Barking & Dagenham: a developing commuter suburb
Barking & Dagenham is becoming a commuter suburb, and for this reason I purchased a 1930s terraced house there for my own personal use.
A refurbishment acknowledging the history of my house, but with all modern conveniences
My new house was structurally sound but needed extensive refurbishment. Gary Hayden is an easy person to confer with, and we agreed upon a plan to refurbish the interior of my house to an approximation of its appearance when it was originally built, but conforming in every respect to modern standards of safety and comfort.
Each specialist commissioned by Gary Hayden to work on my house was qualified and expert
Each specialist from Hayden builders Ltd that Gary Hayden commissioned to perform a specific task in my house was a professionally qualified and long-established co-worker with Gary in the building trade. Thus the assignments of re-roofing, new window and door fitting, new gas boiler and electrics installations and front garden refurbishment went forward according to plan and very successfully.
Cost estimates were precise and well-considered
I would like to add that the cost estimates produced for me by Gary Hayden were very accurate.
A superbly decorated interior
In only seven months from my purchase of the above property, the house was ready for occupation. Skilfully decorated in 1930s style by a trained design specialist selected by Gary Hayden, my house is a delight to live in.
