We were approached by the owner of the house after being recommended to them. We carried out a survey on the house so we could give an estimate to do a complete refurbishment. The client had a specification to have a sympathetic nod to its 1930s heritage, but to have modern facilities. We stripped out harmful materials and stripped back where necessary to the fabric of the house, and moved service meters to better locations. New roof, UPVC windows, wiring, heating, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, plastering, second fix carpentry, timber floor sanding and a complete decoration of the house. The client was very happy with the result.
